Mr. William Roosevelt Webster, Sr. passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born in Forsyth County to the late Mollie Bernice Fulp on June 22, 1957.

He was educated in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools and graduated from East Forsyth High School in 1976. He was also a 2008 graduate of Triad Community Kitchen and a member of the American Culinary Federation of North Carolina.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Clyde A. Webster and Leon Fulp, Jr.; and his grandparents, Ross Webster and Katie Gilliam Webster. Survivors include his devoted wife, Julianna "Julie" Webster; his children, Kimberly Payne, Shannon Webster and William Webster, Jr.; stepchildren, Christopher (Danita) Vargas, Anthony Vargas, Aaron Vargas and John Vargas; sisters, Charlotte Martin and Donna Fulp; two aunts; 22 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and his dog, "Chef."

A Service of Remembrance will be held at 1pm, Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Hope Community Church. The family will greet friends from 12 noon until the service hour.
