She loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church. She was a devoted member of the Health Ministry Team of the church, but her active participation ended when her health began to fail.
Ms. Trinna Lynn Blackmon accepted the Lord's invitation to "be with Him in paradise" on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, following a period of illness. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Charles Winchester; her aunt, Essie Blackmon; and her uncle, Marvin Blackmon.
The unspeakable joy that awaits the beloved sister, sister/cousin, aunt and friend in heaven is the hope and promise of those who look forward to a reunion with her in eternity. Included in that number is her sister, Deborah Blackmon; stepbrother, Leander (Diana) Jones; nephew, Brian Blackmon; great nieces and nephews, Chrisharra, Ar'yanna, Brian, II and Leander, Jr.; many cousins, including Laura H.
