Rickey Barber, 61, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away quietly in his home on Saturday, December 8, 2018. Rickey was born on February 5, 1957 to the late Walter Barber and Nurlean Mimes Barber. He was raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He leaves behind a dedicated love, Rebecca Diane Dunbar; loving memories will be in the hearts of his children: Denise Barber (Brion) Bartley of Palmetto, Georgia, Kitrinka Gordon of Winston-Salem, Rickey Barber, Jr of Atlanta, Georgia, and Charles Joyner of Germanton, NC; grandkids: Dennis Crane, Steven Borden, Kineika Gordon, Bobby Mankins, Jashawn Joyner, Daisha Martin, Caleb Gordon, Alyssa Joyner, and Camron Joyner; great grandkids: Makenzie Baker, Khristian Gordon, Kayden Mankins, Semaj Comor and Wynter Mankins; sister: Cathleen Banks of Georgia; aunts: Johnnie Allen, and Nanny Murray; cousin, Annette Banks. as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and dear friends.
