Mr. Paul Le Verne Patterson, 75 of Winston-Salem, North Carolina passed away on January 25, 2026. He was born on March 24, 1950 and was a lifelong resident

of Winston-Salem.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Quincey Patterson and Laura Maebelle Foster, and by the love of his life, his wife Deborah Kaye Smith.

He is survived by his son, Russell "Rusty" Patterson, and his devoted niece, Rita Patterson-LaBelle, along with other relatives and friends.

Paul was the owner of Patterson Construction, which he operated for more than 50 years. Construction was not just his profession it was who he was. Paul was a contractor through and through; building, fixing, and creating. He will be remembered for his quiet nature, his love of his craft, and his lasting contributions to the community.

No formal service will be held for Mr. Patterson.
