Ms. Mona L. "Cricket" Braddy was born on February 9, 1964 to the late Thomas Braddy and Annette Sides Braddy. She was a 1984 graduate of North Forsyth High School.

On October 1, 2016, she finally got her wish and was joined with her earthly father and her heavenly Father.

She leaves many in pain to mourn their loss: her grandmother, Ethel W. Braddy; her mother, Annette S. Braddy; sisters: Courtney B. (David) Wharton and Valise T. Sides; brothers: Adrian L. (Robin) Sides and Thomas M. Braddy, Jr.; aunt, Dilcy O. Braddy; uncle, Charles E. Braddy; fiance', Herb Ford; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that loved her so much.

"Teach us Lord, help us to believe in what all I could be and all that I am; Show me the stairway I have to climb Lord; teach me to take one day at a time, so I may realize just as "you are, so am I."
