Meshod Ameri Jarrett was born January 19, 1999 in Winston-Salem, NC to Tony M. Jarrett, Jr. and Carol Ann Williams. He passed away unexpectedly on July 9, 2024 at the age of 25.

He attended schools in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County system. Meshod enjoyed working with his hands and used his skills as he worked with several area contractors remodeling houses and in customer service at a local sweepstakes.

Three years ago, his older brother, Monti Trashawn Jarrett, also died unexpectedly. Meshod was devastated but was trying to get his life on track. In addition to his brother, he was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Rosa Williams and Patricia Ann Jarrett; and grandfather, Tony M. Jarrett, Sr.

He leaves to cherish their memories: his parents, Tony M. Jarret, Jr. and Carol Ann Williams; siblings: Damarice, Brandon and Neriah; aunt, Pamela Jarrett; niece, Kari'onna Jarrett; nephew, Ivan S. Jarrett; and a host of other family members and friends.
