Kaleb I.
Samuel
Dec 20, 2006 — May 8, 2024
Kaleb Isaiah Samuel was born on December 20, 2006.
He was a junior at Carver High School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and a member of the Marching Yellow Jackets, marching band. He was also a member of various clubs including the gardening club and Crosby Scholars.
Kaleb had a love for all things anime and Pokéman. His favorite place was the beach, there was nothing better to him. Every single trip being buried in the sand was mandatory.
Kaleb was a natural borne leader, an animal whisperer, nature lover, kind hearted and extremely intelligent. Kaleb was quick to help and slow to complain. He was easily everyone's favorite person to be around.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Rikki Samuel and father, Leaeric Bailey; brothers, KeSean Samuel and Corey Bailey; grandparents, Annette (John) Watson, and Gloria Bailey Gallimore; great-grandparents, Kathleen Foster, Wilma (Stephen) Samuel, Jr., and Rickey (Tonya) Horne; uncles, Christopher McDaniel (Ryan Ross), Vernon (Courtnie) Jennings, Rickey Samuel, Jr., and Jaylen Watson; great uncle, Lamond Christopher Foster; great aunts, Nell Perry and Renee (Ken) Gary; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; and honorable mention to his "aunties", Suprena Taylor, Lawanda Brown, DeShana Smith, and Yunik Patillo.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM, Saturday, May 18, 2024 in the chapel of Clark S. Brown & Sons Funeral Home.
There will be no public viewing.
