Mr. Jerry Lewis Hooper, 66 transitioned from this earthly life to his spiritual one on February 28, 2021.

Jerry was born on March 6, 1954 to the late Clyde Neely and Mary E. Hooper.

Jerry is preceded in death by his daughter and two brothers.

Jerry is survived by his sons, Keith Siverls of N.Y., Gary Baldwin, Jerry Hooper Jr., Darryl Coleman, Reginald and Travis Pratt all of Winston- Salem, NC. His sister Vendetta and Sherri Hooper of Winston-Salem. A host of siblings, grandchildren, other relatives, and friends. Three aunts, Mrs. Mamie Hooper of Troutman, N.C., Mrs. Margie Hooper of Charlotte, NC and Mrs. Ora Lee Carr of Mooresville, NC. A devoted niece Monica Hooper of Winston-Salem, NC.

We will miss his singing, "What You Know About Jesus" and his parting lines "I Love You" and "Pray for Me."
