James "JT" Anthony Taylor the son of Mary "Mag" France Taylor and John Taylor was born September 23, 1955 in Guilford County, NC. He departed his life on Monday March 3, 2025 under hospice care at The Oaks Health and Rehabilitation.

Mr. Taylor attended Winston Salem Forsyth County schools before joining the U.S Navy. He loved fishing which he enjoyed with both his mother and daughter. He was an avid pool player and enjoyed having a good time with friends.

Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his parents His memories will be cherished by his devoted daughter LaWanda Tuttle (Corey Tuttle) his five grandchildren, Kadejah, Cynthia, Jade, Kori and Corey Jr, along with his three great grandchildren, Jainelle, Cyncere, Jaisiah along with a host of other relatives and many friends.

There will be a public viewing from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM, Saturday, March 8, 2025 in the chapel of Clark S. Brown & Sons Funeral Home.
