James L. Albright, 44, a lifelong resident of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, peacefully departed this life on November 15, 2025, beginning his eternal journey. Born on February 5, 1981, to the late James L. Greene and Rosalyn D. Woodard.

James was known for his warm heart, sense of humor, and his ability to light up any room. He never met a stranger, had friends everywhere and kept everyone smiling and laughing.

He shared a special bond of 26 years with Elizabeth Campbell, who stood by his side through life's joys and challenges.

James leaves behind his brother, Cory Albright, and 2 step brothers Ronald Barr, and Kervarius Thomas, all of Winston-Salem. He also cherished his close cousins, Lakisha Albright and Jessica Albright-Jordan, who held a special place in his life. In addition, James is survived by a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever treasure his memory.

James will be remembered for his kindness, strength, and the love he gave so freely to family and friends. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He attended the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools. Favorite sport teams were the Carolina Panthers and Phoenix Suns.

Public viewing will be from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM, Friday, November 21, 2025 at Clark S. Brown & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral service 12:30 PM, Saturday, November 22, 2025 in the chapel of Clark S. Brown & Sons Funeral Home. Family visitation 11:30 AM. Interment in Piedmont Memorial Gardens.
