Mrs. Hall was a 1958 graduate of Georgetown High School in Richlands. She attended Winston-Salem Teachers College (WSSU). She retired from F. W. Woolworth Company with over 30 years of service. Prior to her illness, she was employed at Today's Child Forsyth Medical Center. She was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Full Gospel Church. Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Marion E. Hall, Sr.; three children, Theresa C. Bell, Marion E. Hall, Jr. and Ann R. (Trevor) Hall; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; her brother, Jimmy Lloyd Parker; sister-in-law, Priscilla B. Porter; and a devoted niece, Julie Saunders. A funeral service will take place at 12 pm, Friday, September 29, 2017 at Goler Metropolitan AME Zion Church. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
