Arthur Emanuel Davis, Sr. was born to Edith Corena and Will Davis on September 26, 1959 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Arthur attended the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County school system; h e was a great mechanic. He drove dump trucks and worked as a butcher until he retired.

Arthur was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan.

Arthur was a former member of Great Abba Father's Ministry where he served on the Deacon Board.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Myrtle Davis, Gladys Smith, and Lois Davis.

He leaves to cherish is memory, his spouse, Brenda Eaton Davis; his six children, Demartric Chalmers (Jacqueline), Kelly Chalmers, Cory Cannon (Regette'), Arthur Davis, Jr., Marcus Davis, Bryan Davis (LaShonda); six bonus children, Keyanus Mason (Dejuan), Sequoia Glenn (Tyrone), Shala Howell, Danielle Howell, Timothy Howell, Shekiera Howell; one devoted brother, Pilot Samuels; one loving sister-in-law, Crystal Samuels; one brother-in-law, Nathan Eaton; one special niece, Demetris Walington; and a host of Grandkids; one great-grand; nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

There will be no public viewing. A memorial service will be held 11:30 AM, Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Greater Abba Father Ministries, 4634 Shattalon Drive, Winston-Salem, North Carolina 27106. The family will greet friends thirty-minutes prior to service.
