Mr. Anthony Roseboro, affectionately known as "Snake" departed this life on Tuesday, October 8, 2024. He was born on December 8, 1973 to Anthony Jerome Powell and Alice D. Roseboro Joe.

Snake attended Mt. Tabor High School were he actively participated in Wrestling, Cross Country Track, and Marching Band. He graduated in 1993.

Anthony was well known in all four corners of the city and loved by many. He was a loving soul who would help anyone he was capable of helping. To know him was to love him and to love him was to know him.

Preceding him in death are his paternal grandparents, George and Mary Powell; his father, Anthony J. Powell; grandfather, Billy M. Parks, Sr

Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Alice Roseboro Joe; his brothers, Larry L. Joe, Jr. and Robert L. E. Parks; his maternal grandparents, Leon Stewart and Bertha R. Parks; aunt, Benita P. Rose; uncle, Billy M. Parks, Jr. He also leaves eleven nieces and nephews; seven great nieces and nephews and a host of cousins.

He will leave a lasting impression on all who encountered him on his journey.

Public viewing will be from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM, Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Clark S. Brown & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral service 2:00 PM, Sunday, October 14, 2024 in the chapel of Clark S. Brown.
