Mr. Andrew "Butch" Jarrett Anthony was born on August 10, 1946 to Helen and (Gilbert) Henry Eaton. Mr. Andrew "Butch" Jarrett departed this life on November 18, 2025 at Trellis Supportive Care.

Andrew joined Phillip Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in 2016 and was a faithful member until his health failed him. Even then he loved his church and members.

He was preceded in death by his mothers, Helen and Louise; fathers, Gilbert and Henry; one daughter, Tawana Morrison; five brothers, Jimmy, George, Ebernezer (Duke) Richard and Paul; three sisters, Mary, Pecola and Shirley.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Sylvia Anthony; two sons, Raphaelle and Jonathan; two daughters, April and Monique; his loving grandkids, Kenta, Marcus, Alicia, Maurice, Princess, Quandaries, Za'Kiya (Harlin) Taylor, Malaya, Samaya, Heaven, Ryelle, Jonathan III, Jaylen, Arielle; two sisters, Helen Anthony and Delores Belton; three brothers-in-law, JD Jiles, Hilton Vaughans and Calvin Dowtin; three sisters-in-law, Daria Jiles, Jeanette Vaughans and Francine Dowtin; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Public viewing will be from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM, Sunday, November 30, 2025 at Clark S. Brown & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral service, 1:00 PM, Monday, December 1, 2025 at Phillips Chapel Baptist Church, 132 E. Glenn Avenue, Winston-Salem, North Carolina 27105. Family visitation 12:30 PM. Interment in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
